摘要 应用MAGMAsoft对4种不同结构球铁飞轮的不同工艺方案进行凝固模拟,根据凝固模拟结果和实际试生产铸件外观缺陷及内部缩松情况分析比较,提出不同改进工艺方案并对其再进行凝固模拟,选择最佳方案应用于生产。优化后的工艺方案投入批量生产,球铁飞轮的缩孔、缩松缺陷得到降低或消除,满足用户对铸件的技术要求。 Various technology schemes of four different kinds of ductile iron flywheels were firstly simulated by MAGMAsoft; the simulated results were subsequently compared with appearance defects and dispersed shrinkage of castings in the trial production; several modified schemes are proposed and further simulated, and the best scheme is adopted in the massive production. The results show that the shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage of the flywheel castings are obviously reduced or eliminated, thus can meet the customer's requirements for the quality of the flywheel.
