摘要
研究了制备Al2O3弥散强化铜基复合材料的新型工艺。在浓度为50 g/L的Al(NO3)3溶液中加入Cu粉,搅拌至糊状,在80℃干燥后,于H2保护气氛下加热至500℃使得Al(NO3)3分解成Al2O3,所得粉末在真空烧结机中加热到800℃。试验表明,通过该工艺制备的Al2O3弥散强化铜基复合材料具有较好的综合性能,其软化温度为820℃;烧结态硬度达到125 HB;电导率为88.5%IACS;密度为8.73 g/cm3。
This study explores a technique of manufacturing Al2O3 Dispersion Strengthened Copper Composite (DSCC) by decomposing nitrate. In the technique copper powder is added into Al(NO3)3 aqueous solutions with concentration of 50 g/L and well mixed. After the mixture being dried at 80℃;, Al(NO3)3 is decomposed into Al2O3 at 500 ℃; under hydrogen protection atmosphere. Al2O3 DSCC is obtained after sintered in vacuum sintering furnace at 800 ℃. Results show that Al2O3 DSCC has excellent combination of properties: its softening temperature is 820℃, hardness 125 HB, conductivity 88.5%1ACS and density 8.73 g/cm^3.
