摘要
采用一种新型在线无损检测试验方法-微型杯突试验法测定超高强度铝合金7150-T7751的抗拉强度,并分析加载速率和试样厚度对试验结果的影响。结果表明,超高强度铝合金7150-T7751微型杯突试验的最大载荷与常规单轴拉伸试验抗拉强度之间具有良好的线性关系;最佳加载速率为0.33 mm/min;最佳试样厚度纵向为0.6 mm,横向为0.8 mm。
The tensile strength of super-high aluminum alloy 7150-T7751 was measured by small punch test. The effect of sample thickness and load velocity on the results of the small punch test was analyzed. The results showed that it existed a good linear relation between the ultimate load by the small punch test and the tensile strength by standard uniaxial tensile test for super-high aluminum alloy 7150-T7751. Meanwhile that 0.33 mm/min is the best loading-velocity on small punch test for 7150-T7751. The optimal sample thickness was 0.6 mm in lengthways and 0.8 mm in horizontal.
