摘要
将铸铁屑和石墨按照不同的比例(1%、2%、3%、4%)混合、压块,采用粉末烧结方法得到铁基石墨复合材料,通过对试样的金相组织观察、硬度和磨损实验的分析,确定出试样最好的石墨含量为2%,并阐述了此种材料在煤矿竖井罐笼导向衬套上应用的可行性及其发展前景。
Iron matrix graphite composite was prepared by mixing different proportion of grey iron wafer and graphite(1% ,2% ,3% and 4%), compacting and sintering. The best graphite content is 2% though the analysis on the microstructure, hardness and wear resistance. The feasibility and developing prospect of the application of the material on colliery vertical shaft tin guiding bush are discussed.
