摘要 目的:为腰椎峡部裂线缆修复术提供所需的应用解剖学数据。方法:在成年人尸体标本上测量脊神经前支与L_4、L_5横突上、下缘和前面起始部,内1/4点处,内1/2点处间的距离,以及脊神经前支在横突上下缘投影长度占整个横突长度的比例。结果:脊神经前支与L_4、L_5横突前面的距离在起始部接近0 mm,在内1/4点处L_4约为4 mm,L_5约为1 mm,脊神经前支与L_4、L_5横突上、下缘的距离稍大。结论:由于脊神经几乎紧贴L_4、L_5横突起始部前面,在行峡部裂线缆修复术时,应特别避免在该处损伤脊神经前支。 Objective: To provide anatomical data for isthmus reconstruction in lumbar spondylolysisora. Methods: The distances between the anterior branches of spinal nerves and different parts of L4,L5 transverse processes, as well as the projection length of spinal nerves on transverse processes were measured on adult human corp with wire fixation. Results: The anterior branches of spinal nerves were quite close to the anterior surfaces of 1.4, L5 transverse processes, especially at their starting points. And the distance was even closer at Lslevel than at L4 level at the same point. The distances were a bit longer between the anterior branches of spinal nerves and superior as well as inferior borders of L4、L5 transverse processes. Conclusion: Because of the close relationship in spatial distribution between the anterior branches of spinal nerves and the starting points of the anterior surfaces of L4、L5 transverse processes, special care should be taken when the wire is fixed at these sites in the reparative surgery for spondylolysis to avoid any possible neural injury.
