半冠状切口结合小钛板固定治疗颧骨复合体骨折

Semicoronoid scalp incision combining mini-titanium plate internal fixation for the treatment of zygomatic complex fractures

目的观察半冠状切口结合小钛板固定治疗颧骨复合体骨折的疗效。方法25例颧骨复合体骨折患者,其治疗方案均采用半冠状切口下完成骨折复位,继以小钛板内固定,术后随访3～12月,观察治疗效果。结果所有病例术后创口均Ⅰ期愈合,无术后并发症发生,面部外形及功能恢复满意。结论半冠状切口结合小钛板固定治疗颧骨复合体骨折具有切口隐蔽、安全、固定可靠及可以早期进行功能锻炼等优点,疗效满意,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of a therapy combining semlcoronoid scalp incision with mini-titanium plate internal fixation on zygomatic complex fractures. Methods Twenty-five cases with zygomatic complex fractures were included in this study and they were treated by the therapy of mini-plate internal fixation performed under a semicoronoid scalp incision. After the surgical therapy, they were all followed up for 3 to 12 months for an evaluation on their therapy outcome. Results All these cases were seen with their wound healed in a situation of stage Ⅰ, with no pest-operative complications occurred and with their facial contour and function recovered satisfactorily. Conclusions The surgical procedures combined semicoronoid scalp incision and mini-plate internal fixation hold such advantages such as adequate exposure of the surgical field with safety, appropriate fixation effect on the fractured bones, earlier performance of facial functional exercise and ideal facial contour symmetry of both sides, without scar formation in the face following the surgery.
