摘要
通过对里下河洼地 38a间气象、水文以及社会经济等各项要素的分析 ,将这一地区建国以来所发生的涝灾 ,划分为四类三型。文中系统分析了致灾的地面条件 ,主要灾害触发因子以及人类活动后效应。
After analysing a lot of elevation data and thousands of data about meteorology, hydrology and socio economics during the years of 1951 1988, this paper divides the waterlogging of lixiahe low lying lands into four types. In each type there are maybe 1 3 patterns based on the particular conditions. Meanwhile, this paper systematically analyzes the relief and main initiating elements of causing damages, and the effects of man′s activities to the waterlogging.
