The development of basic education constantly poses new requirements for teachers. How to adapt the present teaching staff to the development of education in a short period time and how to achieve the effectiveness, efficiency and practicability of the extended education of the teaching staff become a common goal of the education administrations, teachers＇ education institutes and elementary and secondary schools. Owing to the juxtaposition of challenges and opportunities, new administrative strategies of teachers＇ extended education should be explored, and the working performance in this respect can thus be improved.
