摘要
和谐城市应当是具有民主法治意识、公平正义意识、诚信友爱意识,人与自然和谐相处、安定有序并充满活力的。但目前中国城市中的公共生活领域与私人领域正在分离中,对公共性、公共生活领域与公德概念是模糊的,和谐城市的建设需要健康的公共空间,同时更需要有社会公德的引领,形成道德共契,由此,市民公德建设成为构建和谐城市的关键。
Harmonious city is based on democracy and law, equality and justice, honesty and friendship, and harmonious mixture in human and nature, stabilization and order, and also liveliness. During the transitional period in today＇s China, city＇s public areas are separated from the private areas. The concept of commonality, public areas and social morality is blurry. This would make us realize that the training of the citizen＇s social morality would be a keyissue in the construction of a harmonious city.
