摘要
工作的总时差是工作的最主要时间参数之一,是网络图中关键工作和关键线路的判别依据。工作的总时差、自由时差和工作的开始与完成时间是工作的主要时间参数。本文通过总时差的定义及工作之间的联系,在概念的界定的基础上,采取从特殊到一般的逻辑推导过程,给出了任一工作的总时差、自由时差和开始与完成时间等基本时间参数之间的定量表达式,并将所给的方法具体应用于一个工程实例,为从事网络计划的技术人员和管理人员提供技术参考。
The total float time is one of the important time parameters for a working task, and also is the basis for ascertaining critical work and critical paths in network planning. The basic parameters of an event are total float time, free float time, and initial time and ending time. On the basis of the conception of total float time, the author presents a formula for the quantitative relationship of the parameters of total float time, free float time, initial time and ending time for any working task, by means of logical deduction from one case to the general cases. The method was applied to a project. The results can give some useful reference for engineers and administrators engaged in network planning and design.
