以服务为宗旨,就业为导向,大力发展职业教育,必须坚持唯物辩证法指导,正视市场机制对高等教育发展影响的现实,积极探索社会转型时期高等职业教育发展模式的创新,不断提升高等职业教育的发展质量,实现高等职业教育的科学发展。

To promote the quality of higher vocational education development, and make higher vocational education develop scientifically, this paper points out that higher vocational education should take serving the society as the final aim, be job-oriented, stick to the guiding of the material dialectics, face the influence of market mechanism on the development of higher education, and explore the innovation of developmental mode of higher vocational education in the social transition stage.
