高职院校党建工作问题研究

Research on Problems of Ideological and Political Work in higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校党建工作是学校实现培养目标的一个重要的组织保障系统。高职教育具有许多特殊性,从而使其党建工作和普通高等院校有许多不同。对此,就高职院校党建工作的特殊性、主要存在的问题和改进工作的对策作了分析研究。

Ideological and political work is an organic insuring system to achieve education goals in higher vocational＇ college. Higher vocational education has its own particularity and thus makes its ideological and political work different from that of general college in many aspects. Based on these, the paper analyses the particularity and main problems of ideological and political work in higher vocational college, and puts forward some countermeasures.
