摘要
本文应用原子荧光光谱法研究了同时测定食品中的砷和汞的技术,用HNO3-HClO4(4:1)混合酸消化样品,等样品处理好之后加入5%硫脲-5%抗坏血酸混合改进剂,并以1%硼氢化钠(NaBH4)为还原剂,在5%的盐酸介质中测定砷和汞,其砷和汞的最低检出量分别为:As:0.12ng/ml,Hg:0.09ng/ml。
In this study, we Arsenic and mercury in food were simultaneously determined with atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Using HNO3-HClO4(4:1) to digest sample, and 1%NaBH4 as reducing agent, the determination were performed in 5% HC1 midia. Detection limit of arsenic and mercury is 0.12ng/mL and 0.09ng/mL respectivery.
