台湾地区民意代表选举制度(SNTV)之比例代表性浅析

摘要
针对台湾地区民意代表选举制度(SNTV)比例代表性的争论,本文采用“非比例代表性程度”和“有效政党数”两个指标对SNTV进行测算,由此得出结论,SNTV应属“次/半比例代表制”。
