骨、齿用可加工生物活性玻璃陶瓷的研究

摘要 为了获得良好的可加工性和生物活性,通过熔铸法制备了“卷心菜”状的云母/氟磷灰石玻璃陶瓷,该材料有望用于人体骨、牙齿的替代和修复。采用差热分析(DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对材料的相组成、微观形貌等进行了研究。研究表明,随着原料中CaO和P2O5成分的增加,材料结晶温度提高,材料中氟磷灰石的相对含量增加。由于K2O的添加,云母和氟磷灰石在一个较宽的温度范围里同时从玻璃中析出。球形氟磷灰石晶体均匀的分布在相互交错的“卷心菜”状云母晶体表面。 To obtain a good machinability and bioactivity, the cabbage- shaped mica/fluorapatite glass- ceramics was prepared by melting method. This biomaterials can be used for substitution and restoration of human bones and teeth. The glass- ceramics were analyzed with DTA, XRD, and SEM methods. Results show that by the addition of CaO and P2O5, the crystallization temperature of the glass- ceramics is increased, while the relative content of fluorapatite in the glass- ceramics is increased. Owing to the addition of K2O, mica and fluorapatite are crystallized simultaneously in broad temperature ranges. Spheric fluorapatite crystals uniformly distribute on the surface of interlocked and cabbage - shaped mica crystals.
