韩国金大中政府行政改革的成效及特点分析

A Study on The Achievements and Characteristic of Korean Administrative Reform of Kim Dae-jung Government

1998年,在国际货币基金组织的强大压力下,为迅速克服金融危机,韩国金大中政府在公共行政领域进行了大刀阔斧的综合性改革。实践证明,金大中政府的行政改革对韩国迅速摆脱经济危机和政治信任危机起到了积极的作用。本文在阐述韩国行政改革的主要举措及成效的基础上,对影响改革成效的原因进行分析和总结,进而为我国政府的行政改革提供具有借鉴和参考价值的宝贵经验。

In 1998, with the pressure of International Monetary Fund, In order to overcome the financial crisis, Kim Dae-jung government adopted a series of comprehensive administrative reform in Korea. The results show that Kim＇ s reform successfully stopped financial crisis, and regained political confidence. On the basis of reviewing the series of measures and the achievements of Korean administrative reform, This article analysis the cause of the achievements, and provides instructive experience to our government reform.
