家庭结构的变迁与家庭保障功能的弱化

The Changing of Family Structure in Relation to the Degrading of Family Security System

家庭结构模式与家庭保障功能之间存在着密切的相关关系。在人均收入和保障成本不变的情况下,家庭保障功能随家庭体系的拓展不断得到强化,随家庭体系的解体不断趋于弱化。当今中国家庭规模的小型化、家庭结构方式的多元化、家庭人口结构的老龄化以及婚姻家庭观念的淡化都在不同程度上动摇着中国传统的以家为中心的保障体系,迫切要求我们建立起与家庭结构模式及其发展趋势相适应的以社会为主体的保障体系。

The function of family security is closely related to the modes of family structure. The role of family security is enhanced with the expanding of the family; while the role is weakened with the shrinking of the family on the ground that family income and security cost stay the same. In current China, the traditional family security system is greatly challenged by the undergoing movements of Chinese family structures as well as the changes of people＇ s attitudes about marriage and family. To keep in pace with the shrinking, aging, and diversification features and trends of contemporary Chinese families, it＇ s advisable for Chinese government to establish and develop social security system to compensate the degrading family security system.
