核心动态能力与竞争优势——以浙江省软件产业为例

Core dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage:the case of software industry of Zhejiang province

通过将动态能力慨念转换成更容易操作定义的核心动态能力,确立起核心动态能力与竞争优势关系的理论分析框架,并以浙江省软件产业为研究对象,运用问卷调查和统计分析的方法对理论模型和研究假设进行实证检验,以期探索在超竞争环境中核心动态能力对企业持续竞争优势的作用方式。

Scholars pay close attention to the issue whether dynamic capabilities can be the source of competitive advantage in the strategic management domain. Firstly this paper sets up a theoretic analysis framework between core dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage by transforming the concept of dynamic capabilities into core dynamic capabilities that are more operational. And then we select Zhejiang＇ s software industry as the case for empirical study. After using questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis to test the hypotheses, we draw up the conclusion that core dynamic capabilities impact competitive advantage by reconfiguration functional capabilities, At last some interrelated discussions are made.
