What the essence of the standards of the fine arts course is that the chosen knowledge and skills are good to the students＇ development and can arouse their interest. They are related to their life experience as well. It also includes that the students can study merrily, probingly, cooperatively and comprehensively and are trained their basic arts 1uality ,moral character and the ability of living.
