中小企业融资难已成为制约中小企业发展的“瓶颈”,究其根源,中小企业融资担保体系不完善有着不可推卸的责任。2000年后,我国的担保业步入了快速发展阶段,在取得较大成绩的同时,还存在许多问题,当务之急是健全完善中小企业融资担保体系。应在借鉴国外经验的基础上,结合我国国情,进而完善我国中小企业融资担保体系。

The difficulty in financing becomes the bottle-neck of limiting the development of the medium and small-sized enterprises, which is due mainly to the imperfection of the financing assurance system in the medium and small-sized enterprises. After the year of 2000, the assurance industry has entered the stage of quick development in China, as well as has made great achievements. In the meantime, it also lies in many problems. It is the urgent affairs that is to improve and perfect the financing assurance system in the medium and small-sized enterprises. On the ref- erence of using the foreign experience and integration with the national situation, the financing assurance system is supposed to be further improved in the medium and small-sized enterprises.
