略论中小型水电站设计阶段的测绘问题

Study on Plotting Problem of Medium and Small Hydroelectric Plant at Design Stage

福建省2006-2010年期间进入新一轮缺电期,全省近远期将规划建设43座水电站,总装机容量达467万千瓦。在水电站的设计及建设过程中,测绘工作贯穿始终,是必不可少的环节之一。本文就装机容量在20万千瓦以下的中小型水电站设计阶段的野外勘测与内业编绘的实际应用问题,结合笔者数十年的工作实践作简略论述。

It is reported that the government of Fujian province plans to build up 43 hydroelectric plants in 2006-2010, when Fujian will face with great power shortage and the installed gross capacity will reach to 467 million kilowatts. And during the design and construction of these plants, plotting is the essential part. Thus this paper deals with the problems of outdoors hydraulic engineering investigation and plotting in design stage of under-20mkw plants on base of decades of working experience of the author.
