摘要
党的十六大报告中明确指出,统筹城乡经济社会发展,是全面建设小康社会的重大任务。针对目前城乡社会体育存在的显著差异,从经济、制度、意识等方面指出造成差异的根源,并提出相应的对策。
It had been definitely pointed out in the report of 16th N at ional Congress that the objective of building a well-off society in an all-round way was to shorten the difference between urban and rural areas. Faced with the obvious difference about social sport between urban and rural areas, some countermeasures for supporting sports development in rural areas were put forwarded.
