摘要
激励作为一种组织内部的管理手段,对组织内部发展和员工的积极性提高方面有着不可估量的作用。但在我国的人力资源管理中,还没有真正地运用或达到良好的效果。应从激励对提高组织绩效、优化组织管理、增强组织向心力等方面的作用,提出对建立合理有效激励的建议和对策。
As a management method of an internal organization, the stimulus has an underestimated function to the development of the organization and the improvement of the activity of the employees. However, the stimulus policy does not really reach a good effect in the enterprises of our country. In this paper, there is an analysis of the functions of the stimulus toward the enhancement of the efficiency in an organization, the improvement of the organizational management, the strength of the central power of an organization. Then there is a research on the present condition and the main problems of the stimulus policy in human resource management. Lastly, there is reasonable suggestion on hoe to make an effective stimulus policy according to the characteristics of our enterprises.
