摘要
通过光学显微镜、电子探针以及显微硬度计对TC6等温锻件出现的异常显微组织进行了分析。研究结果表明:该异常组织的显微硬度比基体稍高,微区成分β稳定元素(Cr、Mo)比基体稍高,该组织为两相钛合金中常见的β斑,造成这种组织的根本原因是微区成分不均匀性。
Abnormal microstructure of TC6 isothermal forging was analyzed with optical microscope, electron - probe microanalyser (EPMA) and microhardness tester in this paper. Results of the study showed that the microhardness of the abnormal microstructure was slightly higher than that of the matrix, that there was a little moreβstable elements (Cr and Mo) in the abnormal microstructure than that in the matrix, that the abnormal mierostructure was βfleck, which was frequently observed in α + β two - phase titanium alloy and microinhomogeneity was the root cause which led to forming this microstructure.
