摘要
统计了1961～1999年39a阿勒泰地区7个测站的气象观测资料,给出阿勒泰地区大风的时空分布特征,并提出了相应防御措施。
Based on the statistics of meteorological observation data of seven stations from 1961 to 1999,we summed up the features of space-time distribution of the gale in Aletai and put forward the defence means.
