摘要
运用竞争力的相关理论对饭店餐饮外包现象进行了理性分析,并从提升饭店餐饮竞争力的角度,研究了饭店餐饮外包战略的特点与餐饮外包战略的实施策略。
This article analyses the phenomena that the hotel outsources its food and beverage operation from the angle of promoting the hotel F&B competence, and studies the characteristic and the implementation tactic of hotel F&B outsourcing strategy.
