On the Cultivation of Characteristic Talents in Higher Vocational Education

高职教育的人才培养目标应定位为:懂理论、会实践的高新技术实施者;懂经营、会管理的企业生产经营组织者;有修养、会协调的德才兼备者。为此,其人才培养必须贴近市场,实行开门办学,注重培养学生专长,突出实践,以全面提高为原则因材施教,在育人过程中着重培养学生良好的习惯。

The talents cultivation objectives of higher vocational education should be oriented as the follows： high and new technology implementer who understand theory as well as do well in practice; organizer of production and management of enterprise who understand management as well as be capable of management; the person have both ability and moral integrity who possess cultural quality as well as can harmonize. In order to achieve the objectives, talents cultivation in higher vocational education must adapt to market demand, run school openly, pay attention to cultivate students＂ special abilities, stand out practice, enhance students＂ comprehensive abilities according to the principle of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude, attach importance to cultivate students＇ good habits in educational process.
