摘要
高职院校实施特长生导师制,需要教师具有高尚的师德修养、合理的专业知识结构、因材施教的教学能力、熟练的专业技能、较强的科研能力与职业指导能力。为此,高职院校应建立和完善各项激励机制和政策,建立青年教师参与实验室建设制度,鼓励教师参加各类专业培训,发动教师开展项目开发和科技服务,充分发挥企业兼职教师的作用。
To implement tutorial system for special ability students in higher vocational schools, teachers should have magnificent professional morality, reasonable specialty structure, abilities of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude, proficient specialty skills, high scientific research abilities and professional guidance abilities. Therefore, higher vocational school should build and optimize various inspiration mechanism and policies, construct the system that young teachers participate in the construction of laboratory, encourage teachers to participate in relevant specialty training, motivate teachers to develop programme development and technological service, fully exert the function of part-time teachers from enterprises.
