摘要
对苏北中小企业员工有关培训价值观的问卷调查表明:大多数员工都肯定培训的必要性和作用,更多地把培训与适应"岗位"要求联系起来,而较少把培训与个人发展或企业成长密切联系起来;员工的培训价值观在不同工种、性别、年龄、学历、地区上均有显著差异。
Questionnaire investigation on the training value view of staff in middle and small enterprises in Subei region show that, most staff affirm the necessity and role of training, and connect training with the adaption of post demand more and connect training with individual and enterprise development less; there exist distinguished differences between different types of work, gender, age, educational background and district in staff's training value view.
