Development Countermeasures of Non-governmental Vocational Education in Jiangxi Province

江西省民办职业教育管理不规范,办学质量不高,师资队伍流动性大,办学定位不明确。对此,政府应明确自身职能,积极发挥各种社会中介组织作用,进一步规范民办职业教育外部管理,保障民办职教发展;学校应进行科学定位,健全内部管理机制,加强教师队伍建设。

The development of non-governmental vocational education in Jiangxi Province are facing with many problems, such as unregulated management, low school-running quality, frequent mobility of teaching staff and undefinite school-rnnning orientation. Aiming at these problems, the government should clarify its function, actively exert the role of various social agencys, progressively regulate outside management to ensure the development of non-governmental vocational education; non-government vocational schools should orient scientifically, optimize its inside management mechanism and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
