职校培养“有教养劳动者”的思考

Consideration on the Cultivation of "Cultured Workers" in Vocational Schools

职教人才培养的一项重要内容是文化素质和文化品格,这就涉及教养问题。职校校园环境以学校为地理环境圈,以社会文化为背景,以学校管理者和全体师生员工为主体,并以有校园特色的物质形式和精神形式为其外部表现,制约着人的活动与发展,与培养"有教养劳动者"密不可分。

One of important contents of talents cultivation in vocational schools is cultural quality and cultural trait, which involve the cultured problem. The campus environment of vocational schools restrict students＇ activity and development and connect closely with the cultivation of ＂cultured workers＂ by taking school as the geographical environment circle, social culture as the background, school administrators and all students and teaching staff as the subject, and material and spirit mode which have campus characteristics as its outside exhibition.
