摘要
美国《卡尔.柏金斯生涯和技术教育修订案》自颁布以来经历了3次修订。2006年新的修订法案特别将性别平等和妇女发展作为重点内容,关注特殊人口职业教育,提倡生涯教育,强调普职融通、整合学术与职业能力培养,并加强了职业教育的政策领导与经费支持。其对我国职业教育政策制订具有启示意义。
The Carl D.Perkins Vocational Education Act in Americal has experienced 3 times recension from its issurance. The new revised act in 2006 particularly take sex equity and women development as important content, pay attention to the vocational education for special population, advocate career education, emphasize the integration between general education and vocational education and the cultivation of integrated academy and professional abilities, and strengthen policy guidance and fund'support for vocational education, which have significant revelations for constituting vocational education policy in China.
