湖南省首例人感染猪链球菌病的病原分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of first Streptococcus suis infective to human in Hunan Province.

目的研究猪链球菌的生物学特征,为病例诊断、治疗以及疫情控制提供科学依据。方法对患者血液和脑脊液用脑心肉汤增菌,再接种羊血琼脂平板进行分离培养,并对分离的菌株做血清凝集,用API 20 Strep生化条进行生化鉴定,用PCR技术检测猪链球菌菌种基因、荚膜多糖编码基因、溶菌酶释放相关蛋白基因及溶血素基因。结果从患者的脑脊液和血液中均分离出链球菌,经鉴定均为猪链球菌2型,猪链球菌菌种基因、荚膜多糖编码基因、溶菌酶释放相关蛋白基因及溶血素基因均为阳性。结论经生物学特征分析,患者为猪链球菌2型的实验室确诊病例。

Objective To isolate and identify Streptococcus suis and provide scientific basis for diagnosis, treatment and control of the disease. Methods Bloodagar substrates were used to cultivate and isolate pathogens from the blood and cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） of patients. The reference serum coagulating tests were conducted and the specific serotypes were identified by API 20 strep biochemical tests and 16SrRNA, capsule polysaccharide 2A（cps2A）, muramidase- released protein（mrp） and hemolysin gene （hly） were detected by PCR. Results 16SrRNA, cps2A,mrp and sly of Streptococcus suis were detected. Conclusion The patients are infected with type 2 Streptococcus suis.
