来琼游客主要健康问题及其对旅行生活的影响

The major health problems occurred in the tourists in Hainan Island and their effects on the traveling quality.

目的了解来琼游客在旅行期间主要健康问题的发生率及其对游客旅行生活的影响,为今后开展旅游保健工作提供依据。方法对354名来琼游客进行现场问卷调查,并统计分析。结果354名来琼游客旅行期间腹泻、过敏、外伤、感冒、中暑、日光性皮炎等的发生率分别为13.28%(47例)、6.78%(24例)、5.65%(20例)、4.80%(17例)0、.85%(3例)2、.26%(8例);47名腹泻者共支出医药费用586元,平均每人12.5元,平均每人耽误行程2.66h;24例发生过敏的游客中有4例到药店购买药物,2例到医院就诊,医药费合计支出138元,2例就医游客各耽误行程半天;1例中暑患者支出医药费163元,耽误行程1.5d。结论游客在海南旅行过程中发生的主要健康问题包括腹泻、过敏、外伤、感冒、日光性皮炎等,需加强相关方面的预防工作,提高游客旅游质量。

Objective To investigate the incidence rate of major health problems occurred among tourists in Hainan Province and the effects caused by these health problems. Methods Using self designed questionnaire to interview tourists traveling in Hainan Province. Results Among 354 tourists investigated, the incidence rate of travelers diarrhea, allergy, injury, common cold, helio- sis and solar dermatitis were 13.3% （47）,6.8% （24）,5.6% （20） ,4.8% （17） ,0.85% （3）,2.26% （8） respectively. The average medical cost of the 47 diarrhea cases is 12.5 yuan and the average cancelled traveling schedule is 2.66 hours. 6 out of the 24 allergy cases using medications spent 138 yuan, 2 of them cancelled half day＇ s schedule each. One of the heliosis cases need hospital treatment, spent 163 yuan, cancelled 1.5 day＇s schedule. Conclusion The major health problems among tourists in Hainan Province included diarrhea, allergy, injury, common cold, heliosis and solar dermatitis.
