摘要
目的对湖北省内某高校不同专业大学生的睡眠质量状况进行调查并分析其影响因素。方法采用整群分层抽样的方法,以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、爱泼沃斯思睡量表(ESS)以及自制的睡眠质量影响因素调查表评定大学生的睡眠情况及其影响因素。结果大学生中38.3%睡眠时间为7~8h以上,12.1%睡眠不足6h。大学生PSQI平均得分(4.89+2.39)分,11.4%的大学生睡眠质量较差。不同性别、经济状况、BMI学生之间,其睡眠质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。居住环境、吸烟、学习压力大、自评健康状况差、心情(情绪)不佳及自觉存在睡眠问题是大学生睡眠质量的主要影响因素。大学生白天思睡程度与PSQI睡眠指数呈明显的相关性,大学生的睡眠质量越差,其思睡程度越严重。21.6%5、5.7%的大学生在日间活动中分别存在思睡、瞌睡现象。结论大学生睡眠较差,鉴于其所引起的不良后果,建议采取措施,促进睡眠质量。同时,需要在大学生中开展睡眠卫生知识的健康教育。
Objective To survey the sleep quality of eolllege students in Hubei Province and influencing factors. Methods Stratified sampling, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Epworth Sleepiness Score (ESS) and self-designed questionnaire wereutilized for surveying of sleep quality of college studens. Results The mean score of PSQI was 4.89 + 2.39. The sleep quality of 11.4 % of the undergraduates was poor. There no aignfieant statistical differences were observed in gnders, economic situation and BMI ( P 〉 0.05). Strong correlations were noticed between ESS and PSQI scores. The factors influencing the sleep quality of the student were sleep environment, smoking, stress, self- evaluated health eondition and mental status. Conclusion Poor sleep quality do exist in undergraduates, therefore comprehensive measures should be taken to improve he sleep quality of college students. Meanwhile it is necessary to spread sleep hygiene knowledge among the student.
