摘要
文章从监管制度、组织形式、交易和清算安排等方面系统地回顾了德国外汇市场发展的总体情况,指出应在借鉴国外经验的基础上,从形成互补的多层次市场体系、强化市场系统性风险防范和市场主体的内控机制、规范市场主体交易行为和提升国内在系统研发上的核心竞争力等方面来进一步培育和发展国内外汇市场。
In light of the supervision system, organizational form, trading and clearing arrangements, this paper systematically sketches the FX market experience and development in Germany. China＇s FX market, by drawing upon international best practice, should be further advanced by means of building a complementary multi-layer market system, strengthening systemic risk prevention in the market, consolidating market participants＇ internal control mechanisms, standardizing market participants＇ trading behaviour as well as enhancing the country＇s core competitiveness in system R＆D.
