摘要 综合实践活动是新课改中基础教育课程体系的一大亮点,但其师资问题已成为制约综合实践活动课程实施的瓶颈。综合实践活动倡导师生共建一种对话、合作与探究的课程文化,要求教师重新定位自己的角色,树立终身学习意识,积极反思并构建自我。在综合实践活动课程实施的过程中建立一种平等、民主、合作的新型师生关系,促成师生在综合实践活动课程中的教学相长和共同发展,使课程的实施过程成为教师专业成长的过程,在改革中培养和造就一批起到带头和示范作用的全科教师,实现综合实践活动课程教师专业发展的终极目标。 Integrated activity is the highlight of elementary education curriculum system in the new curriculum reform, but its implementation has been restricted by the quality of teachers. Integrated activity favors the curricu- lum culture of dialogue, cooperation and inquiry built cooperatively by students and teachers, requires teachers to reposition the roles, to establish the awareness of lifelong study and to reflect and construct self in an active manner. In the implementation of integrated course of activity we should build a new type of student-teacher relationship of equality, democracy and cooperation so that students and teachers will help each other and grow together, thus the teacher's professional development. Besides, in the reform we should train a batch of teachers capable of teaching all subjects who will play a leading and modeling role and the ultimate objective of teachers' professional development will be achieved.
