摘要 目的:建立工作场所空气中甲氧滴滴涕的气相色谱测定方法。方法:玻璃纤维滤纸吸附空气中甲氧滴滴涕,用正己烷超声洗脱后毛细管气相色谱(ECD)测定。结果:该方法检出限为0.009μg/m l,当标准溶液浓度为1~10μg/m l时,相对标准偏差为2.9%~4.6%,测定范围为0.13~1.3 mg/m3,解析效率大于95%,采样效率>95%,样品在<4℃条件下至少可稳定保存7 d。结论:该方法适用于工作场所空气中甲氧滴滴涕的测定。 Objective: To establish a gas chromatography method for determination of methoxycldor in workplace air. Methods: The air was drawn through a glass fiber filter to collect methoxychlor. Methoxychlor was extracted from the filter with hexane, and the sample was analyzed by gas chromatography using ECD. Results:Detection limit was 0. 009 μg/ml. When the concentration of standard solution was 1.0 ~ 10. 0μg/ml.the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2. 9%~4. 6%. The desorption efficiency was above 95% ,and the sampling efficiency was above 95%, The sample was stable for 7 days under 〈 4℃ condition. Condusion: This method is suitable for the determination of methoxychlor in workplace air.
