摘要
目的:建立测定生物液体样品中砷的新方法。方法:应用Triton X-100稀释样品,横向塞曼石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定样品中痕量砷。结果:选定了最佳测量条件,该方法的灵敏度、精密度均能满足检测工作的需要。本法对砷的最低检出量为0.73 pg,回收率在82%~99%之间。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度和精密度高。适用于一般生物液体样品中痕量砷的测定。
Objectlve:To establish a new method for determination of arsenic in biological fluids. Methods:The samples were diluted in a mediμ m containing Triton X - 100 before being introduced directly into the furnace. Then they were detected by Zeeman GFAAS. Results:Under the best condition, the sensitivity and precision were suitable for the determination while the rate of recovery was controlled between 82% to 99%, The lowest detection limit of arsenic was O, 73 pg. Conclusion:This method is simple, quick, accurate and sensitive. It's a very good method for measuring arsenic in biological fluids.
