消毒剂过硫酸氢钾复合盐性能的实验研究

Study on potassium monopersulfate in laboratory

目的:研究过硫酸氢钾复合盐的性能。方法:杀菌试验,HBsAg灭活试验,几种有机物、pH值、作用时间、浓度、温度对过硫酸氢钾复合盐的杀菌影响试验。结果:5%水溶液25℃时有良好的杀菌作用。杀灭细菌的繁殖体需2 min,作用15 min可将细菌芽孢全部杀灭。作用30 min可将HBsAg完全灭活。结论:提高浓度、温度,延长作用时间或降低pH值,可加强其杀菌作用。

Objective：To stuay the property of potassium monopersulfate. Methods：Efficacy tests of 5% CO （NH2）2 H2O2 in killing bacteria, influences tests of organic substances on efficacy of 5% CO（ NH2 ）2 H2O2 in killing spores, influence tests of pH, contact time, contentrain and temperature on efficacy of potassium monopersulfate in killing spores were performed. Results：It was demonstrated in laboratory experiment that its 5% solution may excellent killing effect on microorganisms at 25℃. It killed completely the Staphylococcus aureus and S. albus in 2 minutes and spores of B. subtilisvar, rdger and Bacillus cereus in 15 minutes. Condusion：Increase in contact time, concentration of the solution and temperature or decrease in pH can improve the germicidal efficacy.
