摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱测定蔬菜中百菌清农药的残留量的方法。方法:通过各种条件实验,对方法的各参数进行了优化。结果:方法的最低检测浓度为0.015 mg/kg,标准曲线的线性相关系数(r)为0.9998,加标回收率为90.1%~93.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.85%~2.57%,并将其应用于实际蔬菜样品中的检测。结论:该方法准确,可靠,适用,具有实际应用意义。
Objective:To study the method of determination of ehlorothalonil residues in vegetables. Methods:The parameters in this method were optimized by experimenting. Results:The detection limit of this method was 0. 015 mg/kg and their recovery rate was 90. 1% -93.8% ,the RSD was 1.85% -2. 57% ,and the correlation coefficients was 0. 9998. This method was applied in the determination of actual samples. Conclusion:The operation of this method is simple and quick. The method can be absolutely applied in the determination of ehlorothalonil in vegetables.
