摘要
目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定尿中锰的方法。方法:用硝酸-高氯酸混酸消化尿液,应用石墨炉原子吸收技术,硝酸镁作为基体改进剂,测定尿中锰。结果:方法的检出限为0.06μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.6%~4.0%,回收率为94.2%~107.5%。结论:石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法可用于尿中锰的测定。具有灵敏度高、检出限低、干扰少等特点。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of manganese (Mn) in urine by GFAAS. Methods:The samples were digested by HNO3 - HClO4. Using MgNO3 as matrix - modifier, the samples were determinated by GFAAS. Results: The detection limit of the method was 0. 06 μg/L, RSD was 2.6% -4. 0% ,the recovery rate was 94. 2% - 107.5%. Condusion:The method could be used in the determination of manganese in urine. It has high sensitivity and low limitation.
