Survey and analysis of condition of hepatitis B infection among 376 promiscuous lovers

目的:了解大连市性乱人群乙型肝炎感染状况,为今后加强对该类人群的监督检测工作提供依据。方法:对该人群进行流行病学调查及采集血清样本进行相关检测。结果:性乱者乙肝感染率明显高于正常人群,且随着年龄的增长而增加。结论:性乱人群是乙肝的高危人群,性传播HBV是成人慢性HBV感染的潜在来源,不容忽视。

Objective：To supply the basis for strengthening the inspection and supervision, we have the condition of hepatitis B infection among 376 promiscuous lovers in hand in Dalian. Methods：Carry out the epidemiology investigation among these peo- ple and detect the serum samples got from them. Results：The infective rate among promiscuous lovers was higher than normal people, while it increased along with the growth of age. Condusion：There is a high degree of risk of infecting hepatitis B for promiscuous lovers. It is the potential source that transmitting HBV through sex, which should not be neglected.
