宋内志贺菌污染学校水源引起菌痢暴发的病原学检测分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对一起误判为感染性腹泻暴发疫情进行病原学检测分析。方法:采集患者的肛拭子、自备井水、管网末梢水、患者手和漱口杯涂抹样等标本共17份。按《卫生防疫细菌检验》,并参考《食品卫生微生物学检验》(GB/4789.5-2003)和《预防医学微生物学及检验技术》进行检测。结果:分别从7名未用抗菌药治疗、1名口服盐酸黄连素片3 d和1名用藿香正气水口服液治疗4 d的现症病人肛拭子,1份自备井水、1份管网末梢水、1份漱口杯和1名患者的双手涂抹样等4种13份样品中检出宋内志贺菌,检出率76.5%。13株菌的菌落形态特征、生化反应和血清学结果完全一致。结论:根据病原学检测结果和流行病学调查资料,结合临床表现,确认是一起由宋内志贺菌污染学校水源引起的菌痢暴发。 Objective: A pathogenic analysis of an epidemic situation which was misjudged an outbreak of infectious diarrhea. Methods:Collect and detect specimens including the patient's anal swabs, the self- digged -well water, the tap water, and the sample from the patient's hand also as gargle - cup, etc. Results:Shigella sonnei was found in 13 samples, and 13 Shigel- la sonnei isolates colonies were the same in the morphological character, the biochemical reaction, and also the serological results. The rate of detecting Shigella sonnei was 76. 5%. Conelusion:A water - borne shigellosis outbreak by Shigella sonnei should be judged according to the pathogen result, the epidemiological data and clinical manifestations.
