Consideration and Investigation for the Welder Examination Committee of Boiler and Pressure Vessel and Pressure Pipe

焊接是特种设备制造中的关键工艺,对焊接人员的技能评定是保证焊接质量的重要环节,本文根据国家规定的《考试规则》制定了焊工考试委员会检查细则,并对上海市的批准期已满的焊工考试委员会进行检查,讨论检查中所发现的问题,对焊工考试委员会的管理工作进行探讨及对《考试规则》提出一些建议。

Welding is a key procedure of special equipment manufacturing. Welder performance qualification is an important program to ensure the welding quality. In this paper, the checking program for welder examination committee is given according to the regulation on the welder examination and administration of boiler, pressure vessel,pressure pipe, and has checked all the welder examination committee of Shanghai. Some problems are found in investigation, and some suggestions are given for improving the quality of welder performance qualification.
