论述了TNPM管理思想及在高校仪器设备管理中的应用背景,提出了TNPM管理的具体内容及保障措施,从而使高校仪器设备管理更加规范有效,更好地为教学科研服务。
This paper discusses the TNPM approach to the management of equipment in universities and colleges. It covers the application background, content and suggested measures to ensure its effect. The TNPM approach is to standardize and promote collegiate equipment management, thus rendering better service for teaching and rescarch.
