转炉烟气净化系统喷水装置的改造研究

The Study on Modification for Water Spray Device of Converter Gas Decontamination System

转炉随着钢产量的逐年攀升,烟气净化系统不能满足生产需要。在不能对系统进行整体改造的情况下,进行除尘器喷水装置改造,以提高除尘效率。实施后,除尘器效率提高,实现了放散烟囱达标排放,改善了操作环境、周边大气环境和系统运行工况,为快节奏炼钢生产提供了有力保证。

With steel production capacity of converters increasing annually, the converter gas decontamination system could hardly catch up with the requirements. In order to increase dedusting efficiency, water spray device has to be modified since the decontamination system can＇t be modified wholly. After modification, the efficiency of dedusters is increasing. The system operation condition and environment is improving. It also provides a powerful guarantee for rapidly further development of steel production.
