摘要
针对白车身力学性能优化的具体问题,在常规优化灵敏度分析的基础上,提出了相对灵敏度的概念。通过考虑设计变量对车身性能影响的相对灵敏程度,以选择更具效率和合理的设计变量进行优化设计。研究结果表明,在优化设计中计入相对灵敏度的作用,可以在车身总质量基本不变的情况下,一定程度上提高了车身扭转刚度和一阶弯曲频率,使车身整体性能更加匹配,优化效果明显。对解决多目标优化设计中存在的优化目标冲突问题亦有参考价值。
Aimed at the concrete optimization problems of mechanics property of white car-body, and on the basis of conventional optimization sensitivity analysis, the concept of relative sensitivity was put forward. By means of considering the relative sensitive extent affected by the designing variables on the car-body performance, so as to choosing the more efficient and reasonable designing variables for carrying out optimization design The result of research in this paper showed that by reckon the effect of relative sensitivity in the optimization design may enhance the torsional rigidity and the first ordered bending frequency of car-body to a certain degree under the condition of keeping the overall weight of car-body a constant, thus makes the performance of the whole car-body be much more matching and with an evident optimal effect. The work done in this paper also has referencing value on solving the conflict problems of optimization targets existed in the multi-targets optimization design.
