摘要
介绍了航空器铆接结构件模型建立及参数选取情况。采用SOLIDWORKS和COSMOS软件,计算出铆钉孔的应力集中系数Kt。然后,应用诺伯法和应力功恒等法计算出连接件的疲劳寿命。最后结果显示:采用CAD/CAE技术可以简化计算过程;通过对Kt值的修正,可以提高计算疲劳寿命的精度。
Situations of model establishment of riveted structural parts in aircraft and selection of parameters were introduced. The coefficient of stress concentration K, of rivet hole was calculated by adopting soft wares of SOLIDWORKS and COSMOS. After that the fatigue life of connector was computed by applying Neuber method and identical method of stress-work. The result showed finally that it may simplify the process of computation by applying CAD/CAE technology, and may enhance the accuracy of computing the fatigue life by means of the modification on K, value.
