摘要
橡胶主簧作为液压悬置的主要承力部件,其刚度特性直接影响液压悬置的性能。分析了橡胶类材料的本构模型,通过实验方法测得橡胶材料的本构模型参数,建立了橡胶主簧的有限元数值分析模型。数值计算结果与实验数据相吻合,说明该模型是有效实用的。
Rubber main spring being acted as the principle force bearing component of hydraulic suspension, its stiffness characteristics will affect directly the property of hydraulic suspension. This paper analyzed the constitutive model of materials of the rubber kind. The constitutive model parameters of rubber material were measured by experimental method, and the finite element numerical value analytical model was established. The result of numerical value calculation was coinciding with the experimental data, thus illuminated that the model is effective and practical.
